YOGA CLASSES – HEALTH, HAPPINESS AND HARMONY IN HONG KONG

As a qualified yoga teacher (and former lawyer) based in hectic Hong Kong since 2007, I’m keen to bring the enormous benefits of this mind and body practice to more people and to the workplace. The pace of life – in and out of work – in our exciting, stimulating city means that we all need something to help achieve a better balance. Above and beyond anything else, yoga truly helps me find health, happiness and harmony.

I’m available to visit offices to teach yoga before/after work or during lunchtime on a regular or occasional basis. No previous experience is needed, only a willingness to “ditch the desk for downward dog” one lunchtime or after work! After just one hour you’ll be rewarded with a freer mind, more attuned body and a better spirit. Please get in touch if you reckon you could encourage a few colleagues to (even sometimes) feel the benefits of the flow whilst escaping the phone and the files!

Additionally, I’m available to teach private or small group classes at your home, clubhouse or in the great outdoors (weather permitting!).

With yoga I sincerely believe that you’ll reap many benefits from switching off from external influences (even for an hour) and turning your attention inwards, to help harmonise health and happiness.
